This isn’t easy in our hyper-connected world.  Our modern culture keeps us busy.  We are to fill every idle moment with thought and action.  Silencing the mind is a violation of the unspoken rule; to be successful you must be busy.  There are opportunities at every turn for the hyperactive mind to be engaged in some activity.

It makes you wonder, why we are discouraged from silencing the internal dialogue? Perhaps because it shows us we don’t need to buy things to make us happy.  It also opens our eyes to the truth about how the cultural narrative uses us.  Increased perception is not something the culture really wants for us

    • Vibration and sound are an effective tool. The Tibetan Singing Bowl is best since it covers a range of vibration sure to engage your chakras.

This latter option is the most expensive but the most effective.  It is sometimes hard to find a qualified teacher.
