Do you feel there is something that is getting in the way of what you need to know? Does it feel like you are missing something important? Awakening and realizing there’s more to life prompts us to move beyond the dark veil of belief.
When we aren’t getting the complete picture, we have many unanswered questions. Do you feel like something important is going on, but you can’t grasp it? It’s a common sign of awakening. It’s like viewing life through a dark veil. Do you wonder what is causing this distortion?
The Fears We Don’t Face
When it’s dark and we can’t see clearly, it is easy to trigger our fears of the unknown. If we close our eyes and ignore the fear, the darkness does not go away. When we open our eyes and expect to see clearly, but cannot, it is frustrating and fearful.
All of our perceptions take place in the mind. The five senses are less than half of our sensory experience. The darkness that prevents us from seeing is faith and belief. These devices are what clouds our perception.
Moving Beyond The Dark Veil of Belief
Do you find yourself caught up in memories? Are you continually rerunning the past, looking for clues? Do you feel more lonely in a crowd of people than when you are alone? Are you drawn to the unknown? Are you terrified by the implications of being alone in the Universe?
These questions are all good signs. They are common questions for someone in the awakening process. You realize you are stuck in your head and need to find the backdoor. Some people never realize this vital aspect of life. Yes, these are messages that you are awakening. You can begin moving beyond the dark veil of belief.
Most people are born with access to only the default modes of consciousness, waking, dreaming, and sleeping. Some are born with the natural ability to move between realities. In ancient cultures, gifted people were called shamans, Seers, and Witches. They help us to go beyond the confines of the default mode.
The dream state is proof that a non-ordinary reality exists, but most people ignore this critical clue. It’s almost like someone doesn’t want us to explore or investigate our awareness.
“We are born with the limited default mode of consciousness. It gives us time to grow and prepare, but it is like seeing life through a dark veil. We must learn to go beyond the dark veil of beliefs. The limits of human design limit us until we are ready for other realms of non-ordinary reality. Our true capability is much greater.” ― Guru Tua
Many spiritual teachers refer to the above as “the call of the inner quest.” It means you are ready to awaken. You won’t find the answers to these questions in religion. However, the answers are within your grasp. They are within your awareness.
Consciousness Development Tools
We do not exist between our ears. The real you, the person you talk to inside your head, are not limited by time or space dimensions. Our consciousness is expandable and able to higher states of consciousness. All we need are the keys to open our awareness, and these tools exist. We call these tools spiritual technologies.
Everyone has a unique way of awakening their spiritual gifts, sleeping in their DNA. Awakening is a process. When we open them, it sets our spiritual walk into motion. It opens our minds to new potentials.
Accessing these spiritual gifts was the central goal of many ancient cultures. We can trace the investigation of consciousness back to ancient cultures around the world. We enjoy the benefits of generations of their research. These early pioneers give us several tools for exploring consciousness.
We call the processes of these early explorers spiritual technologies. They are repeatable and produce unique physiological changes. Using these tools, we can reach higher states of awareness that differ from waking, sleeping, and dreaming. These are the tools for moving beyond the dark veil of belief.
We use a blended learning model incorporating those processes which are safe and reliable. We are not the first to use this eclectic approach. For example, Gurdjieff’s method was to adopt techniques proven effective. Human physiology hasn’t changed in thousands of years. The work of these ancient pioneers stands the test of time.
The catalog of ancient methods for exploring consciousness is what we call spiritual technologies. They are a collection of processes to develop the potential of the mind, body, and spirit. They offer us ways to expand awareness and reach higher states of consciousness.
These tools differ significantly from religion. They do not require faith or belief in any religious doctrine. Anyone can use these processes to develop their full potential. All you need to do is follow the process, and it’s just like following the recipe for baking a cake. If you combine the right ingredients in the right way and you get something delicious. These are the tools that help us move beyond religion.
We select the best of these ancient methods for our blended learning method. These processes are time-tested by generations of use, and they stand up to the rigorous tests of science. They are repeatable processes, and several produce measurable effects on our physiology. These changes include increased brainwave coherence, lower heart rate, and increased skin resistance. Changes like this prove these partitions of consciousness differ significantly from waking, dreaming, and sleeping.
We divide these tools into four major categories:
Everyone can use these methods to create their unique spiritual path, and you can start with any of these methods. The more of them you use, the faster your progress.
As we awaken, we see how our life experience has been blurred or obscured. We have been missing a lot. We have seen life through a filter. Now it is time to start moving beyond the dark veil of belief and superstition.
