Once we have freedom to speak and express ideas, then it can grow into freedom of behavior. Healthy freedom does not interfere or harm others. Healthy freedom does not show favoritism or sectarianism.
When corruption and favoritism exist, not everyone can be free. This is why we should not blindly accept the fairy tales that are presented as facts by the culture. We should be skeptical and doubt. This is the only way to expose and right the wrongs of an unjust system.

You will encounter resistance as you start questioning the stories we are told. People protect their ideas about the culture. So, if you are outspoken you may become marginalized and isolated from your current circle of friends. Your family may distance themselves or even reject you. People protect their national folklore. They beleive the narrative even if they don’t know the facts. Investigating the facts can be a difficult undertaking. In some cultures, you may even put yourself in physical danger. As a heretic or an outcast, you may find it the path of solitude is the best and only option. However, you will find the freedom is worth the cost.

This will give you a foundation of understanding of deductive and inductive logic. It gives an understanding of the correct use of these types of arguments and premises. They help us understand how language is used to sell us everything from products to ideologies.

We are creatures who have an undeniable drive to explore the unknown. But, the national folklore does not support this quest Instead, it presents us with the counterfeit of Western organized religion. These are the religions of Semitic origin, Christianity, Islam and Judaism. There are many varieties within the Abrahamic religions. They all sell a version of the afterlife as a way of diverting us from exploring the unknown existential fear of death. There is a more direct way to explore the unknown. We call this approach spiritual exploration using a variety of spiritual technologies.
Spiritual technologies are tools for exploring consciousness. They result from generations of research by cultures around the world. These processes stand up to the test of science. They are repeatable and measurable. They do not require belief in religious doctrine. So, everyone who can follow a process can use them. We call the practice of these processes spiritual exploration.
You can list these tools in several ways. Some fall into more than one group. We like this simple method.
